Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order non-refundable deposit. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
Pre-Order Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
Our pre-order deposit option allows customers to reserve beef that is still being raised, processed, packaged, and prepared for fulfillment.
Because this deposit helps fund the cost of your specific order, including raising the animal, processing, packaging, and preparing your beef, all pre-order deposits are non-refundable.
By placing a pre-order deposit, you understand that your order is being reserved in advance and that the final fulfillment timeline may vary based on farm, processor, and butcher availability. We will always do our best to communicate updates and keep you informed throughout the process.
Once your beef is ready, we will contact you with the remaining balance due and arrange delivery or pickup according to the purchase option selected.
